Fruit Preparations

DESCRIPTION 

The fruit preparations developed by Agrana are a mixture of selected fruits with high quality standards. To fulfill our clients’ specific requirements, we add sweeteners and other ingredients, some functional, in order to achieve a stable and standard product. The flavor, color, aroma and specific characteristics are established in close collaboration with our clients. 

TECHNICAL BENEFITS

We have two fruit preparations presentations: liquid (purée), or in pieces (fruit bits). The fruit pieces add visual appeal and value to the current product options in the food industry because of the properties the fruit contents provide:
